In uncertain economic times, there are things that will always remain constant, one is, without a question is the person's need to eat. Even the fine dining restaurants are still doing well even in the rough and prosperous times, they hardly feel the crisis of the economic uncertainty. Culinary Graduates are more likely to have a good opportunity abroad and on cruise. Aside from the fact that Chefs are being paid generously it is the passion for food that best describe their fulfillment. Me,as a culinary graduate.. i am thinking of trying my luck here in the United States. Yeah i graduated Professional Culinary Arts in the Philippines. I took the course primarily because i really want to put up a business. A food business. But since I'm here in the U.S of A obviously its not that easy to put up a restaurant so i might as well work in a hotel for the meantime, as a front desk officer. heehee :) No but seriously,Culinary Arts are for those who love anything and everything about food and who are passionate and creative. PASSION means the enthusiasm you put in everything you do, CREATIVE meaning you can combine flavors then come up with a unique dish, LOVE meaning you are so keen and dedicated to cooking that you are willing to spend hours in the extreme heat of the kitchen just to create your own masterpiece. If you find yourself interested to all the things i said or if you are 100% sure that this is YOU. Positive! Culinary Arts Education is the perfect career for you.
